About BinFix…
BinFix is a hack, a quick & dirty fixer for bad MacBinary files created
by Tabby 2.0. To use it, put it in your Tabby folder, double click it
and use the Standard File Dialog to select “unrecoverable” .bin files.
BinFix will patch these files per Michael Connick’s instructions, and
will create a list of patched files in a text file called
Tabby Files Received
at the same level that BinFix is run. If this file is placed in the
Tabby Folder (as it will be if you run BinFix in the Tabby Folder), it
will be used by ArcMail Extract the next time Tabby is run.
BinFix is free. You can thank Ed Edell for goading me into writing this.
